Scrap Africa Sketch #2

hello friends

have you been following the proudly south african blog - scrap africa?

here is their 2nd sketch:

and here is my take on the sketch. i reallly took the opportunity to use my new tim holtz mask (yummy!!) with mist spray from enmarc.

i used some Kaisercraft scraps from some older ranges, and chipboard pieces from the Kaisercraft Secret Garden range.

Here are some close ups:

Products used:
Kaisercraft papers
Kaisercraft diecuts - secret bird society CB112
Kaisercraft tiny alpahs
tim holtz mask - timeworks
Dazzlers (enmarc) dye spray - avocado, chocolate eclaire and leather bound

these pictures were taken in 2007 when i climbed Kilimanjaro. this is day 1, when we were still fresh and in good spirits!

hope you enjoyed my take on the sketch, i really enjoyed making this layout.

happy scrappin', thanks for stopping by
